State Grants Monitoring and Compliance

The Monitoring and Compliance staff coordinates with local governments, industrial authorities, area development districts and other relevant organizations in order to assure that initiatives are effective for Kentucky’s communities.

Compliance and Monitoring staff provide the following assistance to grant recipients and local governments:

• technical assistance on programmatic documents, requirements and procedures
• conduct on-site Quarterly and Completion inspections to assure compliance with recipient's Memorandum of Agreement.
• direct contact to grant recipients' for all questions and concerns.
